Ray’s most recent album, Let’s Talk About It, is a collection of tunes influenced by the great songs and songwriters of the ’70s—from Fagan and Becker to Carole King—but updated for the here and now. The album, released under the name , The Flowers Collective was co-produced by bass player Ernie Mckone (Style Council, Marlena Shaw) and features many of the UK's top session players, along with several featured lead vocalist.
